Searching the Web I’ve found claims that the current McAfee protection is compatible with the latest final version of Windows 10. Also, when I was unable to install the software I contacted McAfee, they too were unable to install it. McAfee believes Ido not have administrator status, which may be true. Selecting “User Accounts” from the Control Panel, then “Change your account type,” “Standard” is selected. When selecting Administrator, the “Change Account Type” button turns gray, not allowing me to makethe change.
It seems logical that if I did have administrator status that it would indicate so when selecting “Change your account type.” Any ideas?
